Refunds & Replacements

Can I get a refund?

Yes! You can get a full refund up to 30 days after purchasing your product. If you purchased your wallet on Amazon, please use the Amazon refund process.

How will my refund be paid?

We’ll refund you through the payment method you used to purchase your product. For example, if you purchased with PayPal, we’ll refund you via PayPal.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue your refund as soon as we have received the product you are returning to us.

My product broke, can I get a new one?

Yes! We’ll replace defective products up to one year after the purchase date.

When will I get my replacement?
